Sequencing Saturation

Hi, I was wondering if we were provided with the sequencing saturation for the different experiments because I couldn't find it anywhere (but maybe I didn't search in the right place...) Can you share it if you found it? Thanks in advance

Hi @Jo314, we do not have the sequencing saturation in the challenge files. If you do want/need it for your algorithm, you can find it under sequencing saturation in the obs field of the official SEA-AD versions of the MTG and DFC datasets available at https://sea-ad-single-cell-profiling.s3.amazonaws.com/index.html#MTG/RNAseq/ and https://sea-ad-single-cell-profiling.s3.amazonaws.com/index.html#PFC/RNAseq/, which the challenge files are built from. -Kyle
