There seemed to be some issues with the sample names in the Admixture VCFs (e.g. Modern1.9Modern1.10, Modern2.1Modern2.16)

##INFO=Created by Stephen Rong srong Strange, I downloaded those files recently on Aug 12th, yet now when I redownloaded the files they are now fixed! Hi @srong, did you recently download the admixture files? The current ones look good on my end.
I sent an email (subject: Updated VCF Files for Bottleneck and Admixture Challenges) on July 11th about the bottleneck and admixture data being updated for bugfixes. So, if it has been a while since you downloaded the datasets, this might have been one of the issues fixed.
