Dear @LISA_mri_challenge , Our team has made submissions to both Task 2a and Task2b that were marked as "Accepted" but Synapse alerted us that our model did not produce predictions for all test cases. Since each team was granted only 2 "Accepted" submissions, we could not resolve this problem, as it was unclear whether our container or the platform configuration caused this. We would be grateful for any assistance from your side, as our container works well locally, and we are still waiting for an email from your side to confirm whether that is the case for you as well. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions! Best, Team cvhci

Hi @LISA_mri_challenge, Thank you very much for your clear explanation and for taking the time to reply. Best, Cristian
Hi @CristianLazoQ, Your Docker and output files are deleted after our automated scoring is completed. We check the predictions from the Docker versus our ground truth values and store the scores. Then the predictions and dockers are deleted to keep our devices from running out of storage space. We hope this clarifies things. Best, The LISA 2025 Challenge Organizers
Hello @LISA_mri_challenge, I would like to kindly ask for clarification. If both the Docker container and its output files are deleted after submission, what exactly is checked during the evaluation phase? Thank you very much for your time and support. Cristian
Hello, Unfortunately, the docker and its outputs are deleted from our system after the Synapse workflow orchestrator runs it on our test cases so we can only see the log, as you can. We have sent an email regarding this issue. Please allow us to continue the discussion outside of this forum. Thanks, The LISA 2025 Challenge Organizers
