Dear @LISA2025Participants,
Thank you to those that reported issues with your Docker submission. We believe we have addressed the underlying problem.
Please try the following:
+Resubmit your Docker container as of now (August 7th, 4 p.m. UCT).
+Make sure your Docker image has been successfully pushed to the Synapse container registry and tagged appropriately.
+After resubmitting, monitor the Synapse submission queue and let us know if the issue persists. If so, let us know on this thread.
Best regards,
The LISA 2025 Challenge Organizers
Created by LISA Challenge LISA_mri_challenge Dear Organizers,
unfortunately, the same error as before persists for me after resubmitting (even though locally everything works), therefore I would like to point you to my previously posted discussion:
https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn65670170/discussion/threadId=12258
Additionally, to reiterate the same problem, in one of logging files we found an error, which indicates that there is not enough RAM used for the model. in our system we run it with shm-size 8gb and gpus all, which is enough:
```
RuntimeError: Background workers died. Look for the error message further up! If there is none then your RAM was full and the worker was killed by the OS. Use fewer workers or get more RAM in that case!
```
Thank you very much for your help in advance!

Dear organizers,
We tried resubmitting our container but it seems we have hit the maximum 2 submissions for this phase for Task 2a, although our containers did not fully finish their inference on all samples, perhaps due to the network error or the shm-size argument from before. Could you please increase this number to allow us, and perhaps other teams, to submit our final container? Thank you very much in advance.
Team cvhci Dear @LISA2025Participants
Shortly after our previous message was posted, we encountered a network issue that may have impacted Docker submissions made between August 7th and August 9th, 12 p.m. UCT. This issue has now been resolved.
If your Docker submission failed during this time, please resubmit your Docker container. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
We will ensure that all Docker submissions are successfully processed before we close the test phase.
Thank you,
The LISA 2025 Challenge Organizers
