Hi @LISA2025Admin , I noticed the extra segmentations in the data. Are the ventricle segmentations based on the LF images as well? Kind regards, Himashi

Dear @hap, The ventricle segmentations are obtained in the same manner as the other segmentations (i.e., originally segmented using high field images and corrected, if necessary, when registered to the uLF image space). Detailed descriptions of the segmentations are below (and found in the what to submit wiki section). Labels for Segmentation Prediction: 0 (Background): This label is used to denote areas that do not belong to any segmentation 1 (Left Hippocampus): This label identifies the left hippocampus in the segmentation maps. 2 (Right Hippocampus): This label identifies the right hippocampus in the segmentation maps. 3 (Left Ventricle): This label identifies the left ventricle in the segmentation maps. PREDICTION NOT PART OF THE SEGMENTATION TASK 4 (Right Ventricle): This label identifies the right ventricle in the segmentation maps. PREDICTION NOT PART OF THE SEGMENTATION TASK 5 (Left Caudate Nucleus): This label identifies the left caudate nucleus of the basal ganglia in the segmentation maps. 6 (Right Caudate Nucleus): This label identifies the right caudate nucleus of the basal ganglia in the segmentation maps. 7 (Left Lentiform Nucleus): This label identifies the left lentiform nucleus of the basal ganglia in the segmentation maps. 8 (Right Lentiform Nucleus): This label identifies the right* lentiform nucleus of the basal ganglia in the segmentation maps. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Best regards, @LISA2025Admin
Hi @LISA2025Admin, Also, appreciate it if you could provide more details on Basal Ganglia segmentation masks, which deep structure represents which class. Kind regards, Himashi
