Writeup Submission Confirmation

Hi, We've uploaded our writeup to the Wiki and made the project public, but we still see "Writeups Currently Not Accepted." Just to confirm, is this enough for the writeup to be considered, or will the submit button be activated before the deadline? Thanks, Luca
