Hi The 14 public domain compounds do not have the descriptors provided. How are these compounds supposed to be used as part of the training set for part 1? It seems that these should be used in part 2 (where structures are provided) of the challenge, not part 1.

You could use them for validation - for example, check that they have a hit in the model after training it.
You could generate the fingerprints with the code provided, or you can wait until Step 2 if you prefer.
