Cannot able to access ligand.csv file that was mentioned as part of step one

Hello, I could not able to access the ligand fileas part of step one. How to get access to that? also it looke like I couldn't able to see other teams and stuff evenif I am registered. May I know what could be the reason for that. Regards, Akhil
