Dear @ULFEnCMICCAI2025Participants,
We have several important updates and clarifications for teams who have submitted their short papers:
1️⃣ Anonymization Reminder
Please ensure your submission is fully anonymized in accordance with MICCAI guidelines.
Avoid including any identifiable information in the title, author list, synapse ID, affiliations, or anywhere else in the manuscript.
2️⃣ Multiple Submissions from the Same Team
If your team has submitted more than one paper, please create a separate project for each submission and update the submission ID in the CMT system accordingly.
3️⃣ Correct Use of Team/User ID
Some teams have entered "ULF-EnC (3542270)" as their submission team ID.
Your submission ID must be your registered project team ID or your Synapse user ID (if submitting individually).
This ID must match the Docker submission ID for cross-checking during the final evaluation.
4️⃣ Correction to Scanner Information in Project Documentation
In our project documents, we unintentionally stated that the 3T data was acquired using a Siemens Skyra (3T) scanner.
The correct scanner is Siemens Biograph mMR (3T).
This has been corrected on the Challenge Wiki page.
If your manuscript references the scanner model, please update it accordingly.
5️⃣ Extended Submission Editing Window
To accommodate these changes, we have re-opened editing for short paper submissions.
You may update your submission until Wednesday, 13 August 2025, at 11:59 PM (UTC).
Thank you for your cooperation and attention to these details. These adjustments will help ensure a smooth and fair evaluation process.
Best regards,
ULF-EnC 2025 Organizing Team
Created by Kh Tohidul Islam KhTohidulIslam Dear @ULF-EnCMICCAI2025Participants,
Small correction to the previous announcement:
2️⃣ Multiple Submissions from the Same Team
If your team has two or more submissions, please create two separate teams under your project and submit each Docker as a team during the Docker submission phase. Update the corresponding team ID for each short paper submission in the CMT system accordingly.
Best regards,
