@Songxuebo I tried to submit the write-up by it was invalid because its not a folder its a file, but folder can not be submitted because "submission to challenge" option does not appear. how can i fix it?

I have uploaded a screen recording here on how you can select your Project for submission: https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn68836922 I am unable to add screenshots in the comment thread to show you that it does not work for a folder it only works for a file. If you can allow files to be accepted in the writeup phase. it will make the step easy @dskhanirfan ,
When selecting the entity, please do not click on the Project name. Clicking the name will prompt you to select a child entity, such as a file, as you have mentioned. Instead, click on the row itself to select the entire Project. If it's easier, you can enter your Project synID into the search bar, then selecting your Project that way.
We are aware that this part of the UI is not ideal, and the platform team is working on improving it. We apologize for the inconvenience! That is how you can submit your entire Project. "submission to challenge" does not appear with the whole project it only appears with an individual file Hi @dskhanirfan ,
For write-up submissions, we are expecting your entire Synapse project rather than an individual file or folder. When submitting, please select your Synapse project.
