Dear CMRx4DFlow2026 Participants, We are pleased to inform you that the final rankings of the CMRx4DFlow2026 Challenge have now been completed, and we have already contacted all award-winning teams regarding the next steps. The detailed schedule for the CMRx4DFlow2026 Workshop at MICCAI 2026 will be announced next week. We warmly welcome all participating teams to join us in Strasbourg and celebrate the conclusion of this year’s challenge together. To further support post-challenge model development and optimization, we will keep the CMRx4DFlow2026 leaderboard open until the end of December 2026. Teams are welcome to continue submitting and evaluating improved models during this period. Please note that these post-challenge submissions will not affect the official challenge rankings. If you encounter any issues with the evaluation platform or find that the service is temporarily unavailable, please feel free to contact us. Thank you again for your participation and contributions to CMRx4DFlow2026. We look forward to seeing you at MICCAI 2026! Best regards, CMRx4DFlow2026 Organizing Committee

Dear CMRx4DFlow2026 Organizers, Thank you for organizing the challenge and publishing the final rankings. Could you please clarify which acceleration factors were used to calculate the reported relative velocity error (RelErr/RelVel)? Does each ranking value correspond to a specific acceleration factor, or is it aggregated across R = 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50? If aggregated, how are the results averaged across acceleration factors and test cases—for example, are the five factors weighted equally? If available, a breakdown of RelErr by acceleration factor would also be very helpful. Thank you for your clarification.
