Issue with LNCS Springer Copyright form

Dear Organizers, After downloading the copyright form, I encountered an error. Could there be an issue with the .docx file? Error: "We can’t open SNCS_ProceedingsPaper_LTP_ST_SN_Switzerland_BraTS.docx because we found a problem with its contents. Details The file is corrupt and cannot be opened."
