Hi. I hope you are doing well. I was contacted by Dr Marie Metz, and I was informed that I have been selected for an oral presentation. However, I can't still see my allocated time slot in this link https://conferences.miccai.org/2025/en/MAIN-CONFERENCE-PRESENTATION-INSTRUCTIONS.html When will the timeline be published? Also, I was told to prepare a 4-minute presentation and explain only my methodology. But, to fit the methodology in four minutes I either have to talk too fast or drop some important details both resulting in incompressibility. What should I do? Can it be extended a little bit? Warm regards, Mohammad Mahdi Danesh Pajouh

Hi @Mmdanesh The schedule for the BraTS workshop will be published on Synapse shortly. The segmentation tracks are scheduled for the afternoon, which should give participants a general idea of when their presence will be required. The precise order in which the teams will present will be announced at the venue on the day of the presentations. You are strongly advised to limit your talks to 4 minutes. With an estimated 33 participant presentations and approximately 12 presentations from challenge leads, it is anticipated that all presentations can be accommodated within a single day. As previously mentioned, presenters should exclude any discussion of data specifics and instead focus on a brief overview of your methodology. Best, /Mehdi
