Dear @Qing123, Here is the response to your questions: 1 - If you employed an identical pipeline (identical preprocessing, training, post-processing etc) it makes sense to have one single paper for two different applications. We are looking forward to your oral presentations. 2 - Yes, please send an email with a justification and a complete list of updated co-authors. 3 - Please note that the workshop is an on-site meeting and we are not sure about the infrastructure in the conference hall to hold an online session. But I encourage to record your presentation by following the general instructions for your oral presentation. Then contact the Task Leads regarding your recorded presentation. Best regards, /Mehdi

Hello, @astarakee, I currently have three questions: 1. I participated in two tracks (task 2 & task 6) using almost the same method and achieved top-performing results in both. I submitted a separate paper for each competition and have received two oral presentation invitations. At some stage of the review process, do I need to merge them into a single paper, or should I address this in another way? 2. I realized that I mistakenly omitted one of my co-authors in the draft. I noticed that you have provided a solution for similar situations to other participants. May I apply for the same correction? 3. I have already registered for the workshop on the first day of MICCAI 2025. However, due to personal reasons, I will not be able to attend in person. May I apply to participate online instead? If so, whom should I contact and what materials should I submit? Hi @Qing123, Yes, due to a large number of contributions this year, we decided to give priority for poster presentation to those who have not been invited for oral presentation. Anyway, if you would like to have a poster session as well, you can bring your poster but please consider that the poster allocation might be fully occupied by other prioritized teams... Best /Mehdi

In the email I received on August 12, it was mentioned that “We will also follow up on a separate email about your time needed for article reviews.” However, I have not yet received any information regarding the article reviews.
