I have received a notification to present my paper at MICCAI. I have several questions:
- Can I add co-authors?
- Is there any funding or registration waiver for those who competed in the challenges?
- When will we hear back about the results to update the papers accordingly?

Can you please send me an email (mehdi.astaraki@ki.se) providing the following info:
1 - paper ID and paper title
2 - Full names and email addresses for the new authors to be included
3 - a justification for adding new authors.
Your request will be examined and upon acceptance, we will manaully add it to the CMT; then you can do the same in your paper during the revision phase.

Who should I contact about adding a co-author? I thought I only needed to write the name of synapse admin (myself) on the paper.
I contacted the submissions@miccai.org but they said it's a challenge paper not a main conference paper and I should contact the challenge organizers.

Similar to last year, the BraTS Lighthouse challenge will not provide a monetary award to the top-ranking teams.

Some teams have been invited for an oral presentation, and other teams will be invited fora poster presentation in a few days as well.

I have the acceptance email but have not yet received an oral/poster allocation, while I noticed others already got oral notifications.

You received a valid invitation email sent by Dr. Marie Metz, a member of the BraTS Organization Team.
If you would not be able to attend the in-person meeting, it might be possible to accept a recorded presentation, given you already registered for the conference, at least for the one day of the BraTS satellite event.

Here are brief answers to your questions:
1 - You can add co-authors give your provide a justification for that.
2 - I'm afraid that competing in a challenge will not affect the registration costs.
3 - The results for the testing phase will be updated in your manuscript by the organizer (you will add a statement leaving blank space for the metrics, and the organizers will complete it). We will give your instructions later.
