Dear BraTS-Lighthouse 2025 Organizing Committee,
I hope this message finds you well.
I only recently noticed the feedback email regarding my Docker submission for Task 7, but unfortunately, the message was mistakenly placed in my spam/junk folder by my email system. By the time I discovered it, it was already too late to respond in a timely manner. Please accept my sincere apologies for this delay, showing:
There are 0 cases in the source folder
I am process 0 out of 1 (max process ID is 0, we start counting with 0!)
There are 0 cases that I would like to predict
However, when I run my Docker container locally with the provided sample dataset, it produces predictions correctly. For example:
Predicting BraTS-GoAT-02936:
100%|██████████| 4/4 [00:02<00:00, 1.72it/s]
done with BraTS-GoAT-02936
This suggests that my container itself works, but there may have been a mismatch in how the input folder was mounted during validation (e.g., /input vs. /input/imagesTs).
Since the Docker submission deadline has already passed, I would like to kindly ask if it would be possible to:
Re-run my container with the proper input mounting during validation, or
Advise me if there is any way to remedy this issue so that my model can still be fairly evaluated on the hidden test set.
My submission included both the paper and Docker container, and I sincerely hope that my work can still be properly considered. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience caused by my delayed response, and I truly appreciate your time and effort in helping me with this matter.
I am also eager to know whether this situation affects my eligibility to participate in the MICCAI presentation.
Thank you very much for your attention and for organizing this important challenge.
Best regards,
