Task 7-generalizability across tumors-question about evaluation metric

Hello, I am just a little bit confused about the evaluation metric that is used for this task. Although it is calculating lesion wise dice, still I though of asking how the evaluation is performed (is it region-based or not?), if anyone can help. Thank you in advance.

Hi @mumuaktar Thanks for getting in touch. The metrics will be calculated lesion-wise over the tumor subregions (different labels, separately) and the clinically relevant combinations of labels (e.g. Whole Tumor). Best, /Mehdi
