Dear Sir/Madam,
I have three questions:
1 : I am participating in both the PED segmentation challenge and the MEN segmentation challenge. How many short papers should I submit? If one short paper is insufficient to present the results of both datasets, can I submit two separate papers?
2 : When I submitted my paper on CMT, I was not asked for my Synapse Team ID. Why is this? And where should I provide my Synapse Team ID?
3 : When creating a paper submission on CMT, there are four options:
BraTS2025: Segmentation
BraTS2025: Classification
BraTS2025: Synthesis
BraTS2025: Progression
Should I select "BraTS2025: Segmentation" to submit my PED and MEN brain tumor segmentation papers?
Created by Haitao Yu Qing123 Hi @pupu,
I can see there is a submitted paper ("ADMFNet") from your team.
The general instruction for pushing your Docker image into the Synapse registry can be found at [here](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn64153130/wiki/633742).
The submission portal will be open only for the teams that submitted a short paper.
It may take a bit of time before your access is granted for Docker pushing.
Thanks for your patience,
/Mehdi Dear @astaraki,
I have submitted a paper, but I don't see the corresponding Docker submission queue.
I'm not sure if my paper was not submitted successfully or if I didn't find the right place.
Is there any way to confirm that the paper has been submitted successfully? Dear @lina_usd,
I confirm we received your submitted paper.
I am sorry for the issues with the CMT during your submission.
If your team plans to submit a Docker image for the testing phase, it will be executed for **Task 8**.
Please let us know if you have any questions,

/Mehdi Dear BraTS team,
This is Lina Chato, team name : USD-2025-Chato-Sereda,. We are contributing to BraTS 2025-task 8. I submitted my short paper to the BraTS-2025 task (missing MRI modality) today. I followed the instructions in the https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn64153130/wiki/632673
When I clicked on the "Link to CMT Submission System", the CMT system opened. I clicked on "create new submission", then I chose the BraTS2025: Synthesis option. I filled all the fields and uploaded the paper. One of the options was " challenge name", but I did not find task 8 in the list (please see the image below), so I chose task 7 instead of task 8. I was thinking of not choosing anything as task 8 was not listed, but we would not be able to submit the short paper.
Please could you confirm that my submission is correct, and it is considered for task 8 even when the option task 8 was not there. Also, please could you let me know if my submission is not correct! And advise how to correct it.
Thank you so much for your time and consideration.

Email: lina.chato@usd.edu Hi @the_heavy_shadow
This submission uses a single-blind review system.
This means that reviewers will be able to see the authors' names (at the top of the papers), but the authors won't see the reviewers' names.
Best,
/Mehdi Hi@astaraki
Thank you—I’ve just updated my submission with the Synapse ID as requested.
Best regards Should we anonymize the papers before submission? Hi @Liu-Lydia
The CMT pages will soon be updated for the insertion of Synapse Team ID.
Then, you will be able to update your submission page, e.g. in the revision phase.
But it is really good that you already stated your team number in the Sup. Materials.
Best regards,
/Mehdi @astaraki
I hope this message finds you well.
I recently submitted my short paper for the BraTS 2025 Challenge via the CMT system. However, I also noticed that there was no specific field to enter the Synapse User ID or Team ID during the submission process, and I could not find a place in the CMT system to provide this information.
To ensure my submission is correctly linked to my Synapse account, I have included my Synapse User ID as a supplementary file attachment in the CMT submission, and I have also added the ID within the short paper itself.
Could you please kindly confirm whether submitting the Synapse User ID in these two ways is sufficient, or if there is a separate form or procedure I should follow to provide this information?
Thank you very much for your time and assistance.
Best regards Thank you very much for your answers. Wish you a pleasant life! Hi @Qing123
Thanks for reaching out.
1 - You can submit a single manuscript including all your studied segmentation tasks. If the methodology differs, then you can submit more than one manuscript for your studied segmentation challenges.
2 - Thanks for informing us. I will follow up on the issue with the Syanpas team ID in CMT. But please remember to report your team name (with synapse ID) in your manuscript as well.
3 - Exactly. All the Segmentation tasks belong to the category of "segmentation" for CMT submission.
Best regards,
/Mehdi
