Hello BraTS team, I’d like to retrain the FeTS brain-tumour segmentation model, but the published setup looks compatible only with a quite older environment: Ubuntu 18.04 + CUDA 11 (and it is explicitly mentioned that CUDA 12 is not supported). Our machines run Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and NVIDIA drivers with CUDA 11.8 / 12.1. Is a more recent release of FeTS available, updated to a more recent base OS/CUDA stack? Or is there an official or community-supported Docker image that builds FeTS on Ubuntu 22.04 with CUDA 12? If not, has anyone successfully re-trained the model on a newer stack and could share the steps? Many thanks!
