Created by Nikolay Yordanov Niki_Yordanov_99 I've noticed that datasets such as BraTS-MET and BraTS-SSA are no longer available from the dowloads section of BraTS 2023/2024, saying that they have been moved, but there is no data available for BraTS 2025 either. Are these datasets no longer available to the public? It seems like they are not currently hosted anywhere. Dear all @BraTSLighthouse2025Participants,
We want to inform you that due to the extremely long processing times for the validation phase, we are omitting the lesion-wise metrics and evaluations for the METs challenge will **only be conducted at the subject-wise level**.
To make things easier for you, we have created a Git repository where you can access the exact evaluation pipeline, allowing you to easily run the same pipeline on your local machine: [https://github.com/Astarakee/brats_evaluator](url)
Thank you for your understanding! Do not hesitate to contact us if any questions or concerns arise :)
Best,
Nikolay

BraTS-METS 2025 is still part of MICCAI and falls under the BraTS 2025 Cluster of Challenges. This may be why you haven't seen it listed as a separate entity.
Please check the timeline on the BraTS 2025 main page: [https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn64153130/wiki/630130](url).
There, you can find all the deadlines. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us!
Best,
Nikolay Hi,
Just wondering — is the BraTS-METS 2025 challenge still part of MICCAI? I didn’t see it on the list of challenges as of yesterday.
Thanks! Hello BraTS Team,
Are you making the BraTS challenge tasks under one of conferences like before (MICCAI)?
Do you have any specific submission due date?
Best Regards,
Lina Dear participants,
We are pleased to announce that the first version of the BraTS-METS 2025 Lighthouse Challenge manuscript is now available online. You can now cite the dataset in your paper.
