We noticed that in the task description, there are five listed diseases: Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy Dilated cardiomyopathy Myocardial infarction Coronary artery disease Arrhythmias ... But they are not specified to which dataset. We wonder what specific diseases are in the training dataset, validation dataset, and test dataset (if not considered as data leakage)?

We currently do not release disease information for the training set, as we want to avoid biasing model training with disease grouping. In the validation dataset, once you submit your results, you will be able to see the reconstruction performance for all diseases on our leaderboard.
