Is the imaging parameters/scanner/vendor/field strength/etc information available?Since we are going to build a foundation model for universal tasks, knowing the bias between different these variables might be helpful. It might also be helpful for physics-based model as well. In current data I did not see any.

You can find information about the imaging scanner, vendor, and field strength in the Excel file named “CMRxRecon2025_TrainingData_Radiologists_Evaluation_Score” (Fig. 1), located in the “ChallengeData” folder. For instance, in Center001, the scanner vendor is labeled “UIH_30T_umr780”, where UIH stands for United Imaging Healthcare, 30T indicates a 3.0T field strength, and umr780 is the device model.

Additionally, each patient’s folder contains CSVs file listing basic imaging parameters, such as TE, TR, and number of coils. For example, you can find a CSV named “cine_sax_info.csv” in the path “/ChallengeData/MultiCoil/Cine/TrainingSet/FullSample/Center002/UIH_30T_umr880/P003/cine_sax_info.csv” and get imaging parameters of the data “cine_sax.mat” in patient folder “/Center002/UIH_30T_umr880/P003” in the CSV (Fig.2). We hope this information helps you build your foundation model.
