Hi All, We are finishing up a PSOC related manuscript which refers to data in synapse: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn7248578/wiki/410632 Here on the last column of the table there are links to SOPs that lay out the protocols for each cell and each of the link returns a page not found from the parent NCI PSON web page Could someone let us know what the correct links are? Hi @rradhak , We reached out to NCI and these SOPs now live in Synapse in this folder: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn31504493 I have gone ahead and updated the links to each SOP in the table referenced on this page: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn7248578/wiki/410632 I'll note that these protocols are currently available for Download by registered Synapse users and View access to anyone on the web. @emjchavarria at NCI has confirmed that these should be available for download by anyone on the web, so we will work to coordinate that level of access. In the meantime, however, I am hoping the current level of access should be sufficient for referencing in your manuscript. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there are any further questions.
