Hi Synapse, I am trying to complete a data access request. When I attempt to upload the DUC file (Data Use Certificate), I click "Browse" and choose a file. The file is not uploaded. Instead, the webpage will refresh and redirect to the initial page of the data access request. I tried with different browsers, chrome, firefox and opera, and different devices laptops and phone. I also cleared browser cache. But nothing helped.
