How long does it take to approve user profile?

I signed up Synapse yesterday, because I'd like to download the TESLA data(Storage Location: s3://tesla-download-bucket-synapseencryptedexternalbuc-1o0vdppfmht0c/) I requested permission to my profile today, how long does it take to get approved?
