Hi, I'm Natalie and I'm a software developer for the Dockstore team. We are trying to resolve this issue created https://github.com/dockstore/dockstore/issues/4260 to use scoped access tokens instead of api keys. However when trying to build our synapse plugin project, it's unable to resolve the synapse plugin dependency here https://github.com/dockstore/synapse-plugin/blob/master/pom.xml#L218. Can you let me know what dependency I should be using? Thanks.
