Hello, This is the first time we are putting in a request to access controlled data from Synapse and need help with a few questions to request RNA-seq data from Synapse ID: syn20808134. 1. Who or what entity will the university/PI be entering a contract with? I presumed Synapse. 2. What name, email, and/or phone number should I give to my university as the point of contact? 3. Am I correct to assume that the RNA-Seq data of all cases are de-identified and coded? The project lists demographic (age at death, sex, race) and neuropathological summary data are provided but does not say if it is already de-identified. This is a question on my university forms that I need to answer. Can you help me out? I want to make sure that I am entering the correct information. Thank you.
