Delete the duplicated Synapse account

Hi, I am writing because currently we have two account with Synapse, AFT2001 and AFT25, in which AFT25 is the duplicated account. I would like to know how can we remove the duplicated account from Synapse? Thank you very much for your help! Wenrui
