Need help for a new one Synapse

Hi All, I'm a new one with Synapse. I have a task: implement a REST API, this API will read json file and send content to ActiveMQ. this task is simple. but I don't have knowledge with Synapse. please share me materials or samples to do above task. Thank you for any response
