When I initially set up a Synapse project, I gave only myself access. Now, I wanted to release the data and results publicly. In the data access tab, there was a option to give view access to everyone, but no option to give download access to all synapse users. Only after I clicked "Make private" and then "Make public" did the option to give download access to all synapse users appear (Thanks Larsson for the help). There should be an easier way to get to the 'give download access to all synapse users' option -- Gabriel
