I am trying to use synapse for the first time. When I use the two commands: sudo -H pip install --upgrade synapseclient synapse get -r syn7695116 I get: Unable to download URLs of type ftpUnable to download URLs of type ftpUnable to download URLs of type ftpUnable to download URLs of type ftpUnable to download URLs of type ftp NameError: global name 'returnDict' is not defined Any insight? Thanks

ftp links were not supported in the clients. We have added support for this in develop version of the Python client and will be available in version 1.7 due to be released shortly.
