Command line provenance with multiple output files

I am running a pipeline with a step that generates multiple output files. How can I create a provenance Activity that captures both outputs from the same activity, using the command line? ![graph](http://i.imgur.com/r3GsFqY.png)

Hi Kenny: Unfortunately this is currently not supported by the command line client.
