CSV format issues after downloading

I uploaded several CSV formatted files to Synapse. After trying to download, from synapse, to a different computer, the data had no formatting. Any ideas on how to stop this from happening? I started by making the file from excel, and exporting to CSV format. This is the file I uploaded to Synapse.

Hmm. Can't say I've seen that issue before. How did you upload the file - through the web site, or using the `R` or `Python` client?
