Hi Simone: The data was copied over to the ICGC Data Portal when the paper was released. Unfortunately, I believe the portal has been decommissioned since then. I did a quick search for the file name you are seeking however and it looks like it might be mirrored in ICGC Argo based on the following page: https://docs.icgc-argo.org/docs/data-access/icgc-25k-data Best of luck.
