I am interested in accessing the ROSMAP data that is protected by DUC for an independent project looking into neuroinflammation in Alzheimer's Disease; however, as I am not currently affiliated with any institution, I am not sure how to complete the DUC for this data since I am unable to provide a signing official for the document since I am working independently. Is there a mechanism by which independent researchers can access DUC-protected data on synapse, and if so, can you please tell me the procedure for doing so? Thank you!
