data access still not granted

Hello: I have contacted the Synapse Service Desk for data access a while ago, and the ticket was created, but I got no feedback. We would like to get access to the syn22025006 dataset, including metadata(syn7392158) and RNAseq data(syn3157743). The DUC was submitted a while ago as well.
