Hey, we're currently experiencing a small problem with the synapseclient, when we try and download some specific files. We explored every possibility that came to our mind to possibly solve that issue but we were unable to do so, maybe someone here could help. The error we currently encounter is the following: ``` Failed to download file syn52397005: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='repo-prod.prod.sagebase.org', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /repo/v1/entity/syn52397005/bundle2 (Caused by SSLError(SSLError(1, '[SSL] record layer failure (_ssl.c:2580)'))) ``` It appears, when we try and download files that we downloaded once or twice before, but not for the rest. Maybe someone could help us out, we would really appreciate it!
