I have a new iPhone and need to get it set up for MFA and Synapse. I tried a series of recovery codes, and none allowed me access to Synapse. How can I update my authenticator app on my phone so that I can get the code and access Synapse? I?d greatly appreciate your assistance as soon as possible as I am locked out of Synapse.
