Dear Synapse Help Forum, I am attempting to convert my Synapse account from Certified to Validated status. My goal is to use Synapse as a repository for data that requires a Data Use Agreement. I'm a professor at UCSF, and I have obtained a signed statement from the Chair of my department using the template that is provided in the Synapse website. What do I do with this document to convert my account? I have not been able to find any information about where to send this request, and my queries to the Synapse help desk on this topic have not yet produced a response.
