API to get Wiki content

Is there a method to retrieve the dataset description (possibly from a wiki) using a synID? For example, for syn3157275, I'd like to obtain a description like "Methylation data was generated...," through an API. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I found a solution. `synGetWiki` works perfectly for this.
