While reading the documentation on Image Processing Specifics, I encountered a question regarding regional FTP tau SUVRs listed in the file "HABS_PDR3_FTP_FS6_SUVR.csv". Specifically, I am unsure whether these measures are non-PVC (Partial Volume Correction) tau PET measures or if they have been adjusted using PVC. Could you please clarify this point or direct me to a reference where I can find more detailed information? Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause. Hi Jie, Partial volume corrected FTP data are not currently included in HABS Public data release. Internally we tend to use sGTM PVC for regional metrics and MGx for voxel/vertexwise data, but as there are never ending implications/considerations when applying PVC, we considered that neuroimaging researchers were likely going to want to apply their own corrections based on application. With this in mind, we decided against their inclusion in the public release. This is not a hard and fast decision though, and will likely be revisited in the near future as discussions about releasing more processed data are held. Thanks, Michael
