Hi, for the sample file syn53210667, can you explain what are those variables starting with "MF"? I'm particularly interested in knowing what "MFAngiopathy" indicates? It looks to me that it's a measure of cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA) but there's another column in the same file called CAA, and the CAA column is binary whereas MFAngiopathy has values 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3. I'm not sure which column should be used to test against angiopathy. Thank you for your help in advance.
