First I wanted to thank you for making this valuable resource public.
I am currently trying to use the dataset for an AI-related project. While preprocessing the MRI data I noticed that multiple scans from the COB center (and sub-COA00201) have an artifact that makes a large part of the brain not visible. It does not seem to be related to the acquisition so I was wondering if there was something wrong perhaps when processing or uploading the data. If so could this be fixed and can we get the correct scans for this subset. Example samples with this problem: sub-COB005, sub-COB021, sub-COB031, sub-COB040, sub-COB158, sub-COB178, sub-COB188. I can share the full list with this issue if needed.
