It is said in the Wiki that "As part of a collaborative analysis across the thirteen UKB-PPP partners, we conducted comprehensive protein quantitative trait loci (pQTL) mapping of 2,923 proteins that identifies 14,287 primary genetic associations, of which 85% are newly discovered, in addition to ancestry-specific pQTL mapping in non-Europeans. We identify independent secondary associations in 87% of cis and 30% of trans loci, expanding the catalogue of genetic instruments for downstream analyses." So how to download the significant associations with the 2923 proteins rather than all the summary data files of each protein? Is there a combined table that includes the significance results for all proteins? Thank you very much!

Hi! I know this post is quite old, but I had the same problem as you, and couldn't find any help. I have therefore created a python package `UKBPPP-DL` that downloads significant pQTLs. You can check the [discussion post I created on this forum](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn51364943/discussion/threadId=12965), the [Github repository](https://github.com/nglm/ukbppp_dl) and the [documentation](https://ukbppp-dl.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html#). I hope this helps.
