I’m interested in finding the Gini coefficient values that were calculated and used for the figures showing clonal expansion in the CD4 and CD8 lineages. Could you please let me know where I can find these values? i would like to have the overall coeff value per sample /cell type, i will be using the data as a validation dataset

I was just hoping to use the values already generated in the paper to save some time. If those values aren’t readily available, no problem—I’ll calculate them from the TCR files as you suggested.
