Hi, thank you for this data set! I have a question regarding the time points of the measurements. Could you provide the metadata which Tube_id belongs to which sample time point? I guess that the rule is that the first time point is where the Tube_id is the Donor_id, but there are some examples where this rule doesn’t hold (e.g., Donor_id A21, probably because the first time point was excluded in the QC?). I'd highly appreciate if you could provide the info (or point me to the right data file) as this would really clear up things. Thank you! Best, Jonas
