BCR/TCR contig files with "1-2"

Hello, There are a couple contig files: BCR_Processed/AS060/ALAW-80309-AS060-1-2_outs_filtered_contig_annotations.csv TCR_Processed/AS060/ALAW-80301-AS060-1-2_outs_filtered_contig_annotations.csv That have "1-2" in the name. How should these be associated with the GEX barcodes (which only have "-1" or "-2")? Thanks for your help, Peter Bazeley

Hi, I ended up using the GEX metadata to update the "File_name" entries, but want to confirm this is the correct approach. Regards, Peter
