I noticed the MAIT cells metadata has some cells with ages < 25. I'm planning to analyze the ages, so should these cells be discarded?

Unfortunately by a technical issue, the column Age inside MAIT cells does not represent the age of the participant.
To annotate MAIT cells with age please use metadata from either other population metadata or article supplementary table 1.
