This archive contains the IDF, the SDRF, the antibody annotation file and array design file. The IDF file describe the experiment, the SDRF file relates the samples, the data of each level, the antibodies, and the arrays. The antibody annotation file basically match the antibody names and gene names, as well as information such as the biological source of the antibodies (M for mouse, R for rat, G for Goat) the the validation status of the each antibody (V=validated, C=use with caution, and NA=no validation info available but the antibody is not necessarily bad). The array design file basically contains the position information of the samples. For example, the sample "Control_Mixed-Lysate-1" has five spots (as every other sample does), located in the first main row, first main column, the first subrow and 1-5 subcolumns. The spots are more diluted as the subcolumn increases (100, 50, 25, 12.5 and 6.25% of the original concentration, respectively). The column MDA.sample.alias contains the order in which the samples were quantified by the software MicroVigene. MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC) CGCC
