Can I change in the settings like optimizer, patch size,etc as stated in plan.yaml?

According to the task specification:

The specific focus of this task is to identify the best way to aggregate the knowledge coming from segmentation models trained on individual institutions, instead of identifying the best segmentation method.

You are more than welcome to change any parameter you want, but the final testing results (which will be produced after we do the training), will be based on the plan that has been shared with all participants, i.e., in [the public GitHub repo](https://github.com/FETS-AI/Challenge/blob/main/Task_1/openfl-workspace/fets_challenge_workspace/plan/plan.yaml).
